Job Description

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
* provide cost information, DCF analysis, financial package for NPI reviews
* work with related to team such like NPI leaders, engineers, purchasing and local facility to understand
project impact and assumptions
* report NPI financial results to product managers, dig down reasons for follow up questions
* quarterly tracking product cost change and report reason to product manager
* understand local facility cost structures and system logics
* support cost requests such like cost comparison between facilities and sourcing study
* handle normal plant rate revision together with abnormal report
* need to communicate with global team very closely
* take other responsibility assigned by cost manager




Required Qualifications:


* 4 year bachelor degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
* 2 to 3 years job-related experience in Accounting
* Proficiency in English and Microsoft office.
* Ability to demonstrate excellent Initiative, Communication, Customer Service and Teamwork skills




Desired Qualifications:


* Professional Certification (Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or equivalent)
* MBA or Masters Degree in Accounting (or equivalent)
* 3 above years of Accounting experience
